Companion Certificate for 2 Guests (after $20k spend)

After spending $20,000 or more in eligible purchases during a card anniversary year and paying the annual fee, the cardmember earns one Companion Certificate. This certificate allows the cardmember to book up to two companion tickets for $99 each (plus taxes and fees) on a domestic economy round-trip flight purchased through American Airlines.
